Get Baby Atlas on your phone

Baby Atlas works in any browser, and nothing here is required. Installing it puts an icon on your home screen, opens without the browser bars, keeps the pages you have already read available with no signal — and is the only way to get reminders that arrive when the app is closed.

About reminders

Reminders never say what they are about

A notification tells you it is time for something — an appointment, a measurement, a medication. The details stay behind your sign-in, so a phone on a table does not show anyone your pregnancy.

iPhone and iPad

Install it

  1. Open babyatlas.rjproductionsut.com in Safari. This part only works in Safari — other browsers on iOS cannot add to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone and at the top on an iPad.
  3. Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  4. Close Safari and open Baby Atlas from the new icon. Everything after this must be done in that window, not in Safari.

Turn on notifications

iOS 16.4 or later. Older versions can install the app but cannot receive notifications.

  1. Open Baby Atlas from the Home Screen icon and sign in.
  2. Go to More → Notifications and tap Turn on notifications.
  3. iOS asks once. Tap Allow. If you tap Don't Allow, iOS will not ask again — you would have to delete the Home Screen icon and start over.
  4. Tap Send a test notification to confirm it arrives, then choose which reminders you want under What you get.

If the button is missing

The page will say to add Baby Atlas to your Home Screen first. That means it is still running in Safari rather than from the icon — iOS only offers notifications to an installed app. Open it from the icon and the button appears.

Android

Install from Chrome

The simplest way, and the one to try first.

  1. Open babyatlas.rjproductionsut.com in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app — the wording varies by version.
  3. Open Baby Atlas from the new icon, sign in, and go to More → Notifications to turn reminders on.

Or download the app file

A real installed app, for people who would rather have one. It contains the same Baby Atlas.

  1. Tap the download. Android will warn you that files from this kind of source can be harmful — that warning appears for anything not from the Play Store.
  2. If asked, allow your browser to install unknown apps. You can switch this back off afterwards; it is only needed for the install itself.
  3. Open the downloaded file and tap Install. Play Protect may offer to scan it — letting it is fine.
  4. Open Baby Atlas, sign in, then More → Notifications to turn reminders on.

If you want to check what you installed

The package is com.babyatlas.app and it is signed with this certificate:

E2:75:BB:14:33:CC:25:B4:1D:FC:2F:24:65:35:AD:8C:16:50:4F:48:EE:71:76:D2:05:62:AC:36:6A:0C:3E:82

The same fingerprint is published at /.well-known/assetlinks.json. An app signed with anything else is not this one.

A few things worth knowing

The app updates itself
It always shows the current Baby Atlas, so there is nothing to reinstall when something changes.
Notifications are off until you ask for them
Installing the app does not switch anything on, and you can turn each kind of reminder on or off separately. Turning all of them off is a perfectly good choice — nothing in Baby Atlas depends on them.
You can turn a device off later
Each device is listed separately under More → Notifications, so losing a phone does not mean losing control of what it receives.
